confidence can be said as a measure of trust...trust is 100% confidence...trust can also bring another meaning like believe...faith is also hv the meaning of believe but usually used for spiritual believe and focus on religion.
even these words from a same category of meaning and its feel like hard to explain it clearly...let's try to used it...

i doesn't hv confidence in taking the final examination after reviewing my coursework marks
trust:
trust me i should hv done it if bla...bla...bla..(another excuses of what went to get me holding back)
faith:
i still hv my faith i can do it for this final exam
